I specialise in circular business models, responsible sourcing and brand-aligned sustainability strategy, bringing design-thinking methodologies to every engagement — grounded in the EU frameworks now reshaping fashion, from CSRD reporting to supply-chain due diligence. E-commerce, brand and retail strategy for a UAE sustainable fashion house — Shopify operations, catalogue and content kept fast and in-house with AI. Delivered the flagship launch as one multi-part event — the “Dome” exhibition, a branded marketplace, a catwalk show, and VIP arrangements for 250 guests. Secured multi-year sponsorship partnerships, developed executive pitch and sponsorship decks end to end, and prepared briefings for invitation-only, protocol-level VIP meetings.

Designed the festival marketplace — a pallet-inspired structure with used pallets as modular displays at every shopfront, stage at its heart — with the selected concept built for the festival, and managed it with 14 sustainability-focused vendors, curating the Tanweer Pop-up concept store from selective local and international brands, including an upcycled-merchandise collaboration with an Emirati label.

Marketplace design & management

My pallet concept was selected and built for the festival — adapted for safety into a structure that echoes the pallet language, with real pallets as modular vendor displays at every shopfront. I managed the marketplace through the festival — fourteen vendors, a programmed stage — and curated the Tanweer Pop-up concept store within it.

Cowork) and Copilot — from framing the problem to drafting the roadmap. Refabric powers AI-assisted circular design, alongside Adobe CS and Microsoft Designer; Shopify and Meta commerce carry retail and go-to-market pilots. Client-ready decks in Canva — with PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Workspace when the room calls for it.
